Refund policy

Buyer must make any claims of defects, including but not to those related to quality or identity, within the 7 days after the receipt of merchandise. Any such claims must be made via e-mail to info@usstandardapparel.com.

Buyer must become familiar with documentation relating to garment dye shading as well as yarn contamination. 

Due to the recycled nature of ECOCYCLE products, yarn flies or contamination will be occasionally present on a finished product. Please note that this does not constitute a defective or faulty product. If these minor imperfections, which are a natural result of the recycled yarns, were damaged out, the ecological benefit of using recycled products would be completely lost. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
