CUSTOM PRIVATE LABEL DEVELOPMENT
Build Your Line With Us
You bring the vision. We handle everything from fabric to finished garment — entirely in Los Angeles.
Full-Package Production, Under One Roof
US Standard Apparel isn't a cut-and-sew shop that sources fabric from wherever's available. We're a vertically integrated manufacturer with 30 years of textile expertise and 150 knitting machines running in-house. That means we control every step of your production — from yarn and fabric development through patternmaking, grading, cutting, sewing, and finishing — without handing your project off to outside suppliers.
The result is tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and a product that actually matches your sample run after run.

What's Included
Fabric Development
Access our proprietary fabric library — baby rib, 2x1 rib, vintage jersey, modern fleece, ultra-heavy fleece — or work with our team to develop something specific to your brand. Every fabric is produced in-house from combed ring-spun cotton and premium recycled yarns.
Pattern & Tech Development
Our in-house pattern and tech team works from your spec or reference to develop a garment engineered for your fabric, your fit, and your production process. We account for stretch, shrinkage, wash behavior, and construction — not just measurements on a page.
Sampling
We produce proto and fit samples so you can see and wear the garment before committing to production. Multiple rounds are normal and expected — we'd rather get it right than rush to bulk.
Grading
Once your base size is approved, we grade into your full size run — ensuring proportional fit across every size, not just scaled measurements.
Cut, Sew & Finish
All production happens in our Los Angeles facility. No overseas components, no subcontracted finishing. What you approve in sample is what you get in production.
Custom Labeling & Packaging
Neck labels, woven labels, hang tags, polybag packaging — we can accommodate your brand's labeling requirements so garments are shelf-ready when they leave our facility.
Fabric-first thinking. We didn't start as a garment factory. We grew from a knit fabric supplier with three decades of experience. That background shapes how we approach every product we make.
Made entirely in LA. Every step of production — fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing — happens under one roof in Vernon, California. You can visit. You can see it.
Consistency you can count on. Because we control our own fabric production, your reorders match your original orders. We're not sourcing from different mills between runs.
